Gerade wenn du bestimmte Dinge nicht essen kannst, findest du diesen Bereich hilfreich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-haferflocken\">Haferflocken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Solltest du keine Haferflocken essen wollen, oder m\u00f6chtest abwechslung in dein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck bringen, dann verwende doch mal Amaranth, Quinoa, gekochte Dinkelk\u00f6rner, Buchweizengr\u00fctze oder auch Hirse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mandelmilch\">Mandelmilch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Mandelmilch kannst du auch zu Hafermilch, Sojamilch und dergleichen zur\u00fcckgreifen. Verwende hier einfach, die Milchalternative, die du am liebsten verwendest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-joghurt\">Joghurt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keinen Joghurt aus Mandelmilch verwenden m\u00f6chtest, dann kannst du auch auf Kokosjoghurt, Haferjoghurt zur\u00fcckgreifen. Oder verwende einen Sojajoghurt. Hier kannst du Abwechslung hereinbringen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-variation\">Variation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schauen wir uns jetzt einmal ein paar Variationen an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nussfrei\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Haseln\u00fcssen kannst du Samen verwenden und diese hacken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-glutenfrei\">Glutenfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Bircher M\u00fcsli ist schnell ohne Gluten hergestellt, dazu einfach Haferflocken, die glutenfrei zertifiziert sind, verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-keto\">Keto&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle der Haferflocken verwende eine Mischung von Chia Samen und Hanfsamen. Jetzt ist die Frage, was du anstelle des Apfels verwenden kannst. Dabei hebe ich ein paar als Topping auf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reibe nun den Apfel. Ich sch\u00e4le ihn nicht und verwende die Schale mit, gerade unter der Schale stecken die ganzen N\u00e4hrstoffe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe den Zitronensaft dazu. Gebe nun die Mandelmilch hinzu. Nun gebe auch den pflanzlichen Joghurt hinzu und verr\u00fchre es, bis ein cremiges M\u00fcsli entsteht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schmecke es ab, ob es dir s\u00fc\u00df genug ist, falls nicht gebe noch etwas Ahornsirup hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-im-voraus-zubereiten\">Im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Das Bircher M\u00fcsli schmeckt am besten, wenn du es am Tag vorher zubereitet hast. Oder mindestens 2 Stunden vorher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aufbewahrung\">Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im K\u00fchlschrank hebt sich das laktosefreie Bircher M\u00fcsli f\u00fcr ca. 4 Tage auf. Du kannst es super als Meal Prep zubereiten und in Einmachgl\u00e4ser aufbewahren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich selbst habe es noch nicht eingefroren. K\u00f6nnte mir aber vorstellen, dass es auch aufgetaut schmeckt. Du kannst am n\u00e4chsten Tag gegebenenfalls noch etwas mehr Fl\u00fcssigkeit hinzugeben. Glaube mir, es dickt ordentlich nach.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe etwas gehackte Datteln dazu, um extra s\u00fc\u00dfe hinzuzugeben. In der Regel reicht mir die S\u00fc\u00dfe des Apfels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasse den Zitronensaft nicht weg, der hilft dabei, dass der Apfel nicht braun wird.
