Sie schmecken nicht nur als Fingerfood. Wir lieben solchen gebackenen Blumenkohl, wie die veganen Buffalo Chicken Wings erg\u00e4nzen toll diese veganen Honig Senf Blumenkohl Wings, gerade wenn man es etwas sch\u00e4rfer mag.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Kinder lieben solche Blumenkohl Wings, und ich suche immer wieder neue Geschmacksrichtung, um diese zuzubereiten. So kam ich auf die Idee, diese Wings mit einer Ahorn-Senf-S\u00fc\u00dfe zu umh\u00fcllen und darin zu backen. Und ich muss euch sagen, sie sind perfekt geworden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Blumenkohl kannst du auch mal Tofu versuchen. Wobei ich sagen muss, ich mag die Blumenkohl-Version lieber.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt schauen wir uns doch mal an wie du diese veganen Honig-Senf Blumenkohl Chicken Wings zubereiten kannst. Neben der Herstellung, zeige ich dir Tipps und Tricks und Alternativm\u00f6glichkeiten auf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"vorteile-von-blumenkohl\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vorteile von Blumenkohl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die N\u00e4hrstoffe, die im Blumenkohl stecken sind ziemlich beeindruckend. Blumenkohl hat wenig Kalorien und steckt voller Vitamine und Mineralstoffe. In Blumenkohl steckt Vitamin C, Fols\u00e4ure, Magnesium und mehr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit ca. 130 g Blumenkohl hast du schon 10% deines t\u00e4glichen Ballaststoff-Bedarf abgedeckt. Ballaststoffe sind wichtig f\u00fcr deine Gesundheit und kann das Risiko an Krankheiten wie Herzerkrankungen, Krebs und Diabetes reduzieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blumenkohl steckt sogar voller Antioxidantien. Verfahre wie im Rezept beschrieben und verwende Seitan, Tofu oder auch Broccoli. Du kannst auch verschiedenes Gem\u00fcse in dem Teig backen und dann mit der So\u00dfe \u00fcberziehen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mehl-Ersatz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe f\u00fcr das Rezept Vollkornmehl verwendet, wenn du anderes Mehl verwenden m\u00f6chtest, dann kannst du auch auf normales Haushaltsmehl, glutenfreie Mehlmischung oder Mandelmehl verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cashew-Ersatz&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Cashews kannst du hier auch eine kosteng\u00fcnstigere Alternative verwenden, z.B. Sonnenblumenkerne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ahornsirup-Ersatz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Ahornsirup verwenden hier als Honig-Ersatz f\u00fcr die Honig-Senf-So\u00dfe. Du kannst auch Dattelsirup, Agavensirup verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du hast bestimmte Ern\u00e4hrungsrichtlinien, z.B. Keto, Glutenfrei. Hier m\u00f6chte ich dir ein paar Alternativm\u00f6glichkeiten aufzeigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glutenfrei Vegan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Wings lassen sich super in glutenfrei zubereiten: Anstelle von normalen Mehl verwende einfach ein glutenfreies oder verwende Mandelmehl. Die restlichen Zutaten sind alle glutenfrei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keto Vegan:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Blumenkohl ist ein tolles Keto Gem\u00fcse. Um die veganen Chicken Wings in keto herzustellen, musst du die Zutaten, die Kohlenhydrate und Zucker enthalten ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum einen fange damit an, das Mehl mit Mandelmehl zu ersetzen. Wenn du dich schon l\u00e4nger Keto ern\u00e4hrst, dann wei\u00dft du vielleicht, welche Senfsorten Keto sind. Soweit ich im Internet geforscht habe, ist z.B. Dijonsenf keto freundlich. Schaue immer mal bei Bio Senf, diese sind oft ohne Zucker.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstelle von Ahornsirup, verwende dein bevorzugtes S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel, z. B. Stevia oder Erythrit. Eventuell musst du etwas mehr Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nussfrei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diese veganen Chicken Wings nussfrei herzustellen, musst du nur die Cashews ersetzen. Jetzt kannst du den Blumenkohl in mundgerechte R\u00f6schen teilen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Wings, vermenge alle Zutaten wie Wasser, Mehl und Gew\u00fcrze zu einem Teig, der relativ fl\u00fcssig ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt tunke den Blumenkohl in den Teig und klopfe jedes R\u00f6schen am Sch\u00fcsselrand etwas ab, dass \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiger Teig abflie\u00dft.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt lege die R\u00f6schen auf das Backblech und backe den Blumenkohl f\u00fcr ca. 15-20 min.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit bereite die vegane Honig Senf So\u00dfe vor. Dazu gebe alle Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer und mixe so lange bis eine cremige So\u00dfe ohne St\u00fccke entsteht. Das kann bis ca. 1 Minute dauern, es h\u00e4ngt immer von dem Hochleistungsmixer ab, den du verwendest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt nehme die Blumenkohl Wings und gebe diese in die So\u00dfe. Jetzt hebe diese unter, so dass die Wings komplett mit der So\u00dfe \u00fcberzogen sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe die Wings, wieder auf das Backblech und backe f\u00fcr weitere 15 Minuten. Hier stelle ich gerne den Ofen auf 220\u00b0C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du noch was von der So\u00dfe \u00fcbrig hast, hebe diese auf, du kannst die Wings mit der So\u00dfe servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Im Voraus zubereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst diese Wings zum Teil auch im Voraus zubereiten. In einem verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter halten diese f\u00fcr ca. 4 Tage. Zum Servieren, erw\u00e4rme diese im Backofen wieder. Wenn du noch etwas von der So\u00dfe hast, dann serviere diese mit der So\u00dfe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie einfrieren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben sie noch nicht eingefroren, da sie meist leer sind. Wenn ich sie einfrieren w\u00fcrde, empfehle ich dir, sie auf einem Backblech erstmal einzufrieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Wings gefroren sind, dann kannst du sie in einen Beh\u00e4lter geben und portionsweise herausholen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backe sie gefroren nochmal auf, so schmecken sie wie frisch gebacken. Achte nur darauf, dass du sie nicht zu lange backst, sonst kann es sein, dass der Blumenkohl zu matschig wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tipps-und-tricks\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipps und Tricks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hast du eine Grillfunktion an deinem Backofen? Dann empfehle ich dir, die letzten 5 Minuten diese zu verwenden, so wird der Blumenkohl richtig knusprig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passe die Menge des Ahornsirups an deinen Geschmack an.
