Dazu kannst du eine K\u00fcchenmaschine verwenden. Und in der Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze kr\u00e4ftig anbraten. Hier kannst du entweder ab und zu einen Schuss Wasser oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge das meiste, aber nicht das gesamte Taco-Gew\u00fcrz hinzu und schmecke es ab. Gegebenenfalls etwas mehr hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wer es etwas w\u00fcrziger oder gar scharf mag, kann nach Belieben auch noch etwas Tabasco hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Pilze sautieren, bereite die restlichen Zutaten vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Pilze angebraten sind, die gekochten Linsen hinzugeben und nochmals mit den Gew\u00fcrzen w\u00fcrzen. Du kannst auch etwas Salsa hinzuf\u00fcgen und zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt kannst du die Tacos zusammenstellen. Hier kannst du braune Linsen oder franz\u00f6sische gr\u00fcne Linsen verwenden. Rote Linsen oder gelbe Linsen w\u00fcrde ich nicht empfehlen, da sie zu weich werden und dazu neigen, matschig zu werden, was wir bei diesem veganen Linsen-Taco-Fleisch nicht wollen.<\/li><li><strong>Pilze:<\/strong> Du kannst die Pilze auch durch mehr Linsen ersetzen. Die Pilze geben dem Taco-Gericht einen sch\u00f6nen Umami-Geschmack, was ich an fleischlosen Gerichten liebe.<\/li><li><strong>Linsen:<\/strong> Du magst keine Linsen, dann kannst du versuchen, sie durch mehr Pilze zu ersetzen. Oder probiere gehackten Blumenkohl und verwende ihn als Ersatz.<\/li><li><strong>Glutenfreie Tacos:<\/strong> Das vegane Taco-Fleisch ist glutenfrei. Mit Maistortillas hast du ganz einfach glutenfreie Tacos gemacht. Anstelle von Mehltortillas sind Maistortillas ein toller Ersatz, und sie schmecken mindestens so gut wie Weizentortillas.<\/li><li><strong>Pekannuss:<\/strong> Wenn du keine Pekann\u00fcsse verwenden m\u00f6chtest, ersetze sie durch andere N\u00fcsse wie Waln\u00fcsse, Mandeln und dergleichen. Wenn du keine N\u00fcsse in deinen vegetarischen Tacos verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch Samen wie Sonnenblumenkerne oder K\u00fcrbiskerne verwenden und diese hacken.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Taco Salat<\/strong>: Wer liebt nicht eine gute Taco-Bowl mit einem guten Fleischersatz. Dieses vegetarische Linsenfleisch ist das perfekte pflanzliche Protein. So kannst du es ideal als Meal Prep zubereiten und f\u00fcr vegane Burritos, vegane Taco Bowls und mehr verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Einfrieren: <\/strong>Die Taco-F\u00fcllung kann eingefroren werden. Ich empfehle dir, nicht zusammengestellte Tacos einzufrieren. Stattdessen die Linsenf\u00fcllung und die Tortillas separat einfrieren. Und auftauen und aufw\u00e4rmen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"meal-prep\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Meal Prep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese einfachen, veganen Tacos k\u00f6nnen im Voraus zubereitet werden.
