Wei\u00dfe Bohnen sind voller Ballaststoffe und halten somit lange satt. Sie sind ebenfalls proteinreich, sowie ein toller Eisenlieferant und stecken voller Magnesium.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahini wird aus Sesam hergestellt und enth\u00e4lt auch einige N\u00e4hrstoffe. Kein Problem, als Ersatzm\u00f6glichkeiten kann ich mir Seidentofu sehr gut vorstellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diesen kannst du mit dem Tahini cremig mixen. Was ich mir auch noch gut vorstellen kann, Kichererbsen f\u00fcr den veganen Zwiebeldip zu verwenden. So \u00e4hnelt dieser Dip eher Hummus, aber wir wissen alle das Hummus himmlisch schmeckt. \ud83d\ude09&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tahini-Ersatz<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du magst keinen Tahini? Auch hier kannst du auf andere M\u00f6glichkeiten zur\u00fcckgreifen, wenn dir Tahini nicht schmeckt oder du nicht extra Tahini kaufen m\u00f6chtest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir verwenden Tahini, um den Dip cremig zu machen. Somit eignet sich gerade der Dip f\u00fcr Feiern, auf denen du nicht wei\u00dft, ob guten-intolerante da sein werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keto Freundlich?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einer Ketogenen Di\u00e4t geht es darum wenig Kohlenhydrate daf\u00fcr viele Fette zu konsumieren. Was die wei\u00dfen Bohnen nicht sind. Wei\u00dfe Bohnen stecken voller gesunder Kohlenhydrate und sind fettarm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daher ist dieser Dip nicht keto-freundlich. Wenn du dich vegan keto ern\u00e4hrst, k\u00f6nnte ich mir vorstellen, die wei\u00dfen Bohnen durch Cashewn\u00fcsse zu ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nussfrei?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Vergleich zu anderen veganen Dips, verwenden wir keine Cashews in dem Zwiebel-Knoblauch-Dip, stattdessen verwenden wir f\u00fcr die cremige Sauce wei\u00dfe Bohnen und Tahini. Was den Dip nussfrei macht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Herstellung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Schneide die Zwiebel klein und hacke den Knoblauch. Brate die Zwiebel und Knoblauch in etwas Wasser in einer Pfanne bis diese karamellisieren an. Dazu immer mal wieder einen kleinen Schluck Wasser hinzugeben. Wenn du merkst, dass die Pfanne braun wird,&nbsp; gebe eine Schluck Wasser hinzu. So werden die Zwiebeln sch\u00f6n braun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit mixe das Tahini mit dem Wasser cremig. Dazu verwende ich einen Hochleistungsmixer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt gebe die abgetropften wei\u00dfen Bohnen hinzu und mixe so lange, bis eine super cremige Konsistenz entsteht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe die restlichen Zutaten bis auf die Zwiebeln hinzu und mixe nochmal bis alles miteinander vermengt ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dir der Dip cremig genug ist, gebe die Zwiebeln zu der cremig und mixe auf leichter Stufe nur kurz, sodass die Zwiebeln in der Creme vermengt sind, du aber immer noch St\u00fcckchen hast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schmecke den Dip ab. Kein Problem, diese kannst im K\u00fchlschrank in einer verschlossenen Box f\u00fcr ca. 6 Tage aufbewahren. Wie oben erw\u00e4hnt kannst du diesen auch locker im Voraus zubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Einfrieren<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Dip kannst du auch super einfrieren. Dazu einfach portionsweise in Beh\u00e4lter geben und dann einfrieren. Dort h\u00e4lt sich der vegane Dip ca. 4 Monate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Auftauen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Auftauen den Dip einfach einen Abend vorher aus dem Gefrier nachnehmen und im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen.
