Ich zeige dir mal kurz welche Tees wir gerne kalt trinken, aus denen man schnell einen Eistee zubereiten kann.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bereite gerne eine gro\u00dfe Kanne Tee zu und trinke diesen dann verteilt \u00fcber den Tee Tag. Meistens ist der Tee relativ kalt und diese Sorten schmecken kalt und erfrischend.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfefferminze hat einen erfrischenden Geschmack, und ich finde mit frischer Minze bekommst du den besten Geschmack hin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte darauf, dass du nur einzelne Bl\u00e4tter verwendest und keine Stiele. Stiele k\u00f6nnen den Tee etwas bitter machen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamille eignet sich sogar sehr gut kalt, um zum Beispiel zu gurgeln. Der Kamille werden entz\u00fcndungshemmende Stoffe nachgesagt. Aber auch einfach als Tee eignet sich dieser sehr gut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echinacea oder auch bekannt als Sonnenhut ist ein weiterer Heiltee, der sich ideal zum kalten Verzehr eignet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingwertee passt zu jeder Jahreszeit. Diesen kannst du sowohl kalt als auch warm genie\u00dfen. Der klassische Eistee wird aus gr\u00fcnem Tee oder schwarzen Tee zubereitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt schauen wir uns doch mal den gr\u00fcnen Tee an und was diesem nachgesagt wird. Gr\u00fcner Tee ist milder als Kaffee und wird oft besser vertragen. Bei gr\u00fcnem Tee h\u00e4lt es sich um eine hervorragende Quelle f\u00fcr Antioxidantien. Diese sollen vor Krebs und Diabetes sch\u00fctzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des Weiteren wird dem gr\u00fcnen Tee nachgesagt, dass Immunsystem zu st\u00e4rkt die Abwehrkr\u00e4fte bei Infektionen. Ebenso sagt man ihm nach, dass er davor sch\u00fctzen kann, sich bei grippalen Infekten anzustecken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim schwarzen Tee ist darauf zu achten, dass man ihn nur so lange ziehen l\u00e4sst wie auf der Verpackung empfohlen wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So bekommt man den besten Geschmack und die Gerbstoffe werden so kontrolliert. Schwarzer Tee hat viele Vorurteile, dass er eher zu der ungesunden Teesorte geh\u00f6rt. Ihm wird aber auch nachgesagt, dass er das Herzinfarktrisiko senken soll.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er soll ebenfalls den Z\u00e4hnen zugute kommen, da dieser Tee Fluoride enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wusstest du das schwarzer Tee weniger Koffein enth\u00e4lt als Kaffee? Und das die Aufnahme eher langsam \u00fcber den Tag verteilt geschieht?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dem Tee sollte man eher nicht Nachmittags zur Tasse greifen, da diese schon mal zu&nbsp; Schlafst\u00f6rungen in der Nacht f\u00fchren kann, aufgrund des Koffeins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt zeige ich dir wie wir den Eistee zubereiten ohne, dass du auf wei\u00dfen Haushaltszucker zur\u00fcckgreifen musst.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Tee ist in Handumdrehen hergestellt und kann dann \u00fcber mehrere Tage genossen werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir brauchen nur wenige Zutaten um diesen Eistee herzustellen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die genauen Mengenangaben findest du in der Rezeptkarte weiter unten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasser&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00fcner Tee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brombeeren&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>optional S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Teesorten kann ich f\u00fcr den Brombeer Eistee verwenden?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe f\u00fcr diesen erfrischenden Eistee dieser gr\u00fcne Tee Sorte verwendet. Diese ist Koffeinfrei und meine Kinder k\u00f6nnen den Tee genie\u00dfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch jede andere gr\u00fcne Teesorte verwenden. Ich verwende diese oben, weil sie sch\u00f6n mild ist und leicht s\u00fc\u00dflich schmeckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schwarzer Tee eignet sich auch super, um diesen Tee zu machen. Diese Frucht ist richtig s\u00fc\u00df und wird gerne als S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwendet. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch Ahornsirup oder Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle dir erst den Tee zubereiten und durchziehen lassen und dann erst abschmecken, bevor du S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel hinzugibst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fange damit an die frischen Brombeeren zu erdr\u00fccken. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest kannst du diese durch einen Sieb dr\u00fccken, damit du keine St\u00fccke mehr hast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Brombeersaft gibst du in einen ausreichend gro\u00dfen Beh\u00e4lter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koche nun das Wasser f\u00fcr den Tee und gebe nach Anleitung deines Tees, die richtige Teemenge dazu. Wenn du losen Tee verwendest, nehme einen wiederverwendbaren Teebeutel. Lasse diesen ziehen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Tee durchgezogen ist, entferne den Teebeutel und gebe diesen zu dem Brombeersaft hinzu. Dazu den Tee einfach 1-2 Tage vorher zubereiten und im K\u00fchlschrank lagern. So entfaltet er auch seinen Geschmack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ich m\u00f6chte den Tee spontan machen, wie bekomme ich ihn schnell kalt?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du erwartest spontan G\u00e4ste und m\u00f6chtest diesen Brombeer Eistee servieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kein Problem, fahre wie in der Anleitung fort und wenn es um das Abk\u00fchlen des Tees geht, gebe Eisw\u00fcrfel in den Tee. Gebe so viele hinein, dass der Tee schnell abk\u00fchlt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie bereite ich einen cold brew Brombeer Eistee zu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei cold brew Eistee, der kalt aufgegossen wird, bleiben viele Aromastoffe enthalten, sich dadurch richtig entfalten k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dem cold brew Brombeereistee ist es wichtig, dass du mehr gr\u00fcnen Tee verwendest. Sonst kann der Tee blass und ohne viel Geschmack stecken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gehe mit den Brombeeren so vor wie bei der herk\u00f6mmlichen Verfahrensweise vor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt gebe das eiskalte Wasser zu den Brombeeren sowie ca. 24 g von dem gr\u00fcnen Tee. Du kannst auch wei\u00dfen Tee verwenden. Beide Sorten sind mild und leicht s\u00fc\u00dflich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schwarzer Tee eignet sich nicht so sehr f\u00fcr den cold brew, da dieser doch eher herb und verliert die Fruchtigkeit.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt kannst du den Tee zwischen 8 und 24 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen, bevor du die Teebl\u00e4tter entfernst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Eistee eignet sich sehr gut im K\u00fchlschrank in einem verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter aufzubewahren. Dort h\u00e4lt er sich ca. 3-4 Tage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich den Brombeer Eistee auch einfrieren?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja, das kannst du sogar sehr gut.
