Fr\u00fcher in meiner Jugendzeit hatte ich immer Filmabende mit einer sehr guten Freunden gemacht (Katha, hi ;)) und wir haben es geliebt Tzatziki f\u00fcr diesen Anlass herzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Dieser Tzatziki war der Beste \u00fcberhaupt und das ganze Haus hat immer nach Knoblauch gerochen. Wenn meine Eltern dann wieder heimkamen, sind sie fast R\u00fcckw\u00e4rts aus der T\u00fcr gefallen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und genauso einen Tzatziki habe ich vermisst. Und ich muss sagen mir es ist sehr gut gelungen, einen Tzatziki ohne veganen Joghurt oder anderen Ersatzprodukten herzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und das Beste der Knoblauch-Dip ist \u00f6lfrei, glutenfrei und eignet sich prima als Party-Dip.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was erwartet dich hier? Du lernst nicht nur ein schnelles Tzatziki-Dip-Rezept kennen. Du lernst wie du eine ges\u00fcndere Variante des klassischen aus Kuhmilch-Joghurt und \u00d6l kreieren kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich gebe dir auch Alternativm\u00f6glichkeiten wie du Lebensmittel ersetzen kannst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wer hat Tzatziki erfunden?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tsatsiki<\/strong> (griechisch \u03c4\u03b6\u03b1\u03c4\u03b6\u03af\u03ba\u03b9 <em>tzatz\u00edki<\/em>, dza\u02c8dzik\u02b2i, t\u00fcrkisch <em>Cac\u0131k<\/em>. Im deutschen Zaziki geschrieben.) Es ist bis heute noch unklar wer den Knoblauch-Gurken-Dip erfunden hat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die T\u00fcrken und die Griechen sagen beide, es kommt aus deren Nationalk\u00fcche. Wir wissen aber, dass Tzatziki ein gro\u00dfere Bestandteil der griechischen K\u00fcche ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man sagt diesem klassischen Knobi-Dip auch nach, dass es indische Wurzeln hat, die Griechen aber so lange damit herumexperimentiert haben, dass diese Wurzeln noch kaum wiederzuerkennen sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egal wer den Tzatziki erfunden hat, es ist eine tolle Erfindung. Und wir genie\u00dfen ihn total.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist veganes Tzatziki gesund zu essen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser Tzatziki ist auf der Basis von wei\u00dfen Bohnen und Cashews. Und wir wissen, dass die H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte vor Protein nur so strotzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cashews haben auch einige N\u00e4hrstoffe, wie Magnesium, Phosphor, sowie B-Vitamine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit diesen beiden Lebensmittel schaffen wir eine gesunde Grundlage f\u00fcr einen Dip.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann d\u00fcrfen den vielen Knoblauch nicht vergessen. Dieser weist bemerkenswerte Eigenschaften auf, er soll entz\u00fcndungshemmend wirken, anti parasit\u00e4re Eigenschaften und Atemwegsinfektionen vorbeugen und bek\u00e4mpfen.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warte, es ist Zeit dir zu zeigen wie wir einen veganen Tzatziki herstellen, der einfach total knoblauchig schmeckt, herzustellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und ich freue mich jetzt schon, wenn du diesen Dip machst und du aus dem H\u00e4uschen bist wie super toll der Zaziki doch schmeckt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-tzatziki\/?tp_image_id=11114\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/vegan-blt-sandwich-3-von-1-11.jpg\" alt=\"Vogelansicht eines veganen Tzatziki (Nahaufnahme)\" class=\"wp-image-11114\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt ist es Zeit aufzulisten, was eigentlich genau in dem Tzatziki enthalten ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn wir das Wasser nicht mitz\u00e4hlen sind nur 6 verschiedene Zutaten enthalten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir wissen dass Griechischer Tzatziki mit Joghurt hergestellt wird, und ich habe lange \u00fcberlegt, was ich anstelle von Joghurt verwenden k\u00f6nnte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich muss auch dazu sagen, es ist schwer hier in den USA unges\u00fc\u00dften veganen Joghurt zu finden und er ist extrem teuer im Vergleich zu dem deutschen Markt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe lange in meinem Kopf gespielt, wie ich einen so cremigen Dip zustande bekomme, der aber nicht nur aus Cashews besteht, wir wissen diese sind sehr fettreich, auch wenn es gesunde Fette sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So kam der Gedanke an wei\u00dfen Bohnen. Da man in Hummus Kichererbsen verwendet und dieser eher beige ist. Dachte ich warum soll man nicht wei\u00dfe Bohnen verwenden k\u00f6nnen, um einen wei\u00dfen Dip herzustellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber wei\u00dfe Bohnen alleine w\u00fcrden nicht zu dieser ultimativen Cremigkeit von Tzatziki beitragen, also musste eine Kombination aus beiden Lebensmitteln her und voila dieses Rezept ist entstanden. Und so viel g\u00fcnstiger als, wenn wir nur Cashews verwenden w\u00fcrden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier die \u00dcbersicht, die genaue Mengenangabe habe ich extra f\u00fcr dich \u00fcbersichtlich in der Rezeptkarte erfasst.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mv-video\"><div class=\"mv-video-target mv-video-id-olapdhiarwgszs81d3la\" data-video-id=\"olapdhiarwgszs81d3la\" data-ratio=\"\" data-volume=\"70\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wei\u00dfe Bohnen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Tasse Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knoblauchzehen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essig<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gurke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was kann ich f\u00fcr Cashewn\u00fcsse verwenden?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du m\u00f6chtest keine Cashews verwenden? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kein Problem. Ich habe f\u00fcr dich ein paar Alternativen was du anstelle von Cashews verwenden kannst, um trotzdem eine Cremigkeit zu erreichen, die dich in den siebten Himmel versetzt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahini. Die Sesampaste kann im Mixer total cremig werden. Tahini hat allerdings einen etwas bitteren Geschmack, der aber mit den anderen Zutaten verfliegen sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du k\u00f6nntest es mit Mandelmus probieren. Da w\u00fcrde ich mit den wei\u00dfen Bohnen anfangen und nach und nach Mandelmus und Wasser hinzugeben bis du eine cremige Konsistenz erreicht hast, die dich zufrieden stellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonnenblumenkerne, sind die neuen Cashews. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiche Sonnenblumenkerne ein und mixe sie so lange bis sie ultra cremig sind. Gebe etwas Salz \u00fcber die Gurke und lasse sie stehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie zieht jetzt ordentlich Wasser, was wir nicht ben\u00f6tigen. Du kannst das Wasser aufheben und anstelle von dem Wasser in den Mixer geben. Oder verwende es zum Blumengie\u00dfen \ud83d\ude09&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gebe die wei\u00dfen Bohnen, Cashews, Wasser, Apfelessig in den Hochleistungsmixer und mixe so lange bis eine cremige Konsistenz entstanden ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei kratze immer mal wieder die R\u00e4nder runter, damit auch alles gemixt wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gebe die Creme in eine Sch\u00fcssel und gebe die Gurke, den gehackten oder gepressten Knoblauch hinzu. Schmecke den Dip mit Meersalz ab.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stelle den Tzatziki in den K\u00fchlschrank und lasse ihn dort f\u00fcr ca. 30 min stehen. So bekommt er auch den vollen Knoblauchgeschmack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich den veganen Tzatziki im Voraus zubereiten?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier kann ich dir ein eindeutiges Ja geben. Ich finde, er schmeckt am zweiten Tag sogar besser als vorher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu stelle den Tzatziki \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich den Knoblauch-Dip im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Dip sehr gut im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu einfach in einen verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter geben und im K\u00fchlschrank h\u00e4lt sich der Dip ca. 5 Tage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da wir keine Milchprodukte verwenden h\u00e4lt sich der Dip l\u00e4nger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich den Knobi Dip einfrieren?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst den Knoblauch Dip einfrieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu rate ich dir allerdings, den Schritt mit dem Zuf\u00fcgen der Gurke erst sp\u00e4ter zu machen. Und nur die Creme mit dem Knoblauch einzufrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Gurken eingefroren ver\u00e4ndern ihre Konsistenz und das wollen wir nicht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du den Dip einfrierst musst du sp\u00e4ter nur noch die Gurke unterr\u00fchren&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie taue ich gefrorenen Dip auf?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu selle den Dip \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank und lasse ihn auftauen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag sollte der Dip komplett aufgetaut sein und r\u00fchre kr\u00e4ftig um, gegebenenfalls gebe etwas an pflanzlicher Milch hinzu bis du eine cremige Konsistenz hast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte darauf, dass du die Gurke entw\u00e4ssern l\u00e4sst bevor du sie zu dem Dip gibst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servierm\u00f6glichkeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Serviere den Dip mit Gem\u00fcsestangen, Pitabrot oder Pommes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwende den Tzatziki als&nbsp; Burgersauce.
