R\u00fchre die Fl\u00fcssigkeit unter die trockenen Zutaten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Teig sollte nicht zu fl\u00fcssig sein, so werden die Pfannkuchen sch\u00f6n aufgehen und dick und laufen nicht zu arg auseinander.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt erw\u00e4rme eine Pfanne auf mittlerer Hitze und gebe Portionsweise den Teig in die Pfanne. Dazu nehme ich gerne \u00bc Tasse (amerikanischer Messbecher) entspricht 60 ml Volumen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt backe die Pfannkuchen von der einen Seite so lange an bis du siehst das sie fast durchgebacken sind. Sie haben Bl\u00e4schen und werden langsam trocken. Dazu einfach die Mengen mal 2 oder mal 3 nehmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerade wenn du die Pfannkuchen zu einem Brunch mit Freunden oder Familie machen m\u00f6chtest, bietet es sich an mehr Pfannkuchen zuzubereiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum sind meine Pfannkuchen nicht luftig?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixe nur solange bis der Teig zusammen kommt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfannkuchenteig sollte nicht zu lange ger\u00fchrt werden, da sich sonst das Gluten entwickelt, und das macht den Teig eher fester.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Macht Backpulver Pfannkuchen luftiger?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Backpulver und Natron sind Triebsmittel, die wie Sauerteige helfen, dass teige aufgehen. Diese machen den Teig erst locker und luftig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du m\u00f6chtest aber auch nicht zu viel Backpulver verwenden, da man dieses sonst rausschmeckt. Und zu wenig w\u00fcrde den Pfannkuchen fester machen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewahre die restlichen Pfannkuchen in dem K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr ca. 5 Tage auf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu stelle sie in einem verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter in den K\u00fchlschrank.&nbsp; Du kannst Pfannkuchen auch einfrieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie friere ich Pfannkuchen ein?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehme die Pfannkuchen und&nbsp; lege diese auf z.B. ein Backblech und friere diese erstmal auf dem Backblech ein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Pfannkuchen durchgefroren sind, kannst du sie in verschlossene Beh\u00e4lter geben. So verhindern wir, dass die Pfannkuchen nicht zusammen kleben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie erw\u00e4rme ich Pfannkuchen am besten?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe die gefrorenen Pfannkuchen in den Backofen, oder in den Toaster und erw\u00e4rme sie darin kurz.
