Diese T\u00f6rtchen gelingen auch mit Vollkornmehl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optional kannst du diese Muffins nussfrei herstellen und ist somit allergiefreundlich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese fluffigen Blaubeermuffins haben alles, was du dir von einem Muffin ertr\u00e4umst. Sie gehen sch\u00f6n rund auf und ragen \u00fcber die Muffinf\u00f6rmchen. So wie man es von den klassischen amerikanischen Muffins kennt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem Backen fallen diese Muffins auch nicht zusammen und bleiben so sch\u00f6n gro\u00df und luftig wie du sie auf den Fotos siehst. Hier kannst du nach deinem eigenen Belieben entscheiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich auch&nbsp; gefrorene Blaubeeren verwenden?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja du kannst gefrorene Beeren verwenden. Gefrorene Blaubeeren enthalten zus\u00e4tzlich Wasser und k\u00f6nnten den Teig etwas matschiger machen. Ich habe in den Fotos z.B. Gefrorene verwendet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Gefrorene verwendest, gehe wie folgt vor:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasse die Beeren auftauen bevor du diese zu dem Teig hinzugibst. Dazu lege ich die Beeren auf ein Sieb und lasse sie w\u00e4hrend dem Auftauen abtropfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es schneller&nbsp; gehen soll, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch warmes Wasser \u00fcber die Beeren laufen lassen. So sind sie schneller aufgetaut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle die Beeren f\u00fcr ca. 20-30 Minuten in dem Sieb stehenzulassen, damit das Wasser komplett abtropfen kann. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann nehme ein Papiertuch und tupfe vorsichtig die Beeren ab. Jetzt kannst du die Beeren zum Teig geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was kann ich anstelle von Cashews verwenden?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Cashews zur Hand hast oder nicht magst, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch z.B. auf Mandelmus, Cashewmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus zur\u00fcckgreifen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst auch die Cashews mit Sonnenblumenkerne ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allerdings m\u00fcssen diese l\u00e4nger eingeweicht werden, und l\u00e4nger im Hochleistungsmixer gemixt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonnenblumenkerne sind etwas fester als Cashews und es dauert l\u00e4nger bis du eine cremige Konsistenz ohne St\u00fccke hast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich dieses Rezept glutenfrei machen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst f\u00fcr glutenfreie Muffins das Mehl sowie das Glutenpulver mit eine glutenfreien Mehlmischung verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich selbst habe es nicht ausprobiert. Freue mich aber \u00fcber dein Feedback und werde es dein Feedback in meinem Post ber\u00fccksichtigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Blaubeermuffins herzustellen ist absolut nicht schwer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fange damit an die Cashews in hei\u00dfem Wasser einzuweichen und den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt Messe alle trockenen Zutaten ab und gebe diese in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel und vermenge diese kurz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun siebe die Cashews ab und gebe diese mit den restlichen feuchten Zutaten zu einem Hochleistungsmixer und mixe so lange bis eine cremige Konsistenz ohne St\u00fccke entsteht. Das kann eine knappe Minute dauern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gie\u00dfe die feuchten Zutaten zu den trocknen und r\u00fchre diese kr\u00e4ftig um, sodass sie gerade vermengt sind und keine Mehlnester mehr haben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt gebe die Blaubeeren dazu und hebe diese unter den Teig. Achte darauf, dass du dies nur kurz tust, sonst kann sich der Teig gerade bei gefrorenen Beeren verf\u00e4rben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite ein Muffin Form vor und gebe die Muffins l\u00f6ffelweise in die Form. Dazu gebe ich erst einen guten Essl\u00f6ffel in jede Form und fange danach wieder beim 1. Muffin wieder an und verfahre so lange mit den 12 Muffins bis der Teig aufgebraucht ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backe nun die Muffins im vorgeheizten Backofen f\u00fcr ca. 30 Minuten. Auch hier empfehle ich die Zahnstocher Probe, ob der Teig durchgebacken ist. Dazu den Teig in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 1-2 Tage aufbewahren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle die Blaubeeren erst kurz vor dem Backen unterzumischen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Backofen vorheizen und die Muffins wie gewohnt backen. Wenn du die Muffins backst, kann es sein, dass sie etwas l\u00e4nger ben\u00f6tigen, da der Teig k\u00fchler ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle ebenfalls, dass Backpulver die Blaubeeren erst kurz vor dem Backen unterzumischen, da es sonst an St\u00e4rke verliert. Es ist aktiv, sobald du es mit Fl\u00fcssigkeit vermengst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kann ich aus diesem Muffin Rezept ein Kuchen in Kastenform machen?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja, das kannst du. Nehme eine Kastenform, lege diese mit Backpapier aus und gebe den Teig hinein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backe den Kuchen f\u00fcr ca. 50 min. Und mache auch hier die Zahnstocherprobe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips f\u00fcr die besten Muffins:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte darauf den Teig nicht zu \u00fcbermischen, sondern nur gerade soviel dass du einen homogenen Teig bekommst. So bekommst du zarte Muffins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teig ist relativ dick und nicht fl\u00fcssig, daher verwende ich L\u00f6ffel um diese in die Muffinf\u00f6rmchen zu geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backe die Muffins auf mittlerer Schiene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du einen Umluftherd hast, empfehle ich auf Umluft zu backen. So werden die Muffins gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig gebacken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst zu den Muffins, Muskatnuss, Piment oder andere Gew\u00fcrze nach Belieben hinzuf\u00fcgen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich gebe gerne etwas Zimt hinzu, da Zimt einen s\u00fc\u00dflichen Geschmack hinterl\u00e4sst. Zimt ist jedoch optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du gefrorene Blaubeeren verwendest, dann wird dein Teig etwas blau.
