Ich muss sagen, bisher habe ich die Haut nicht entfernt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie h\u00e4ute ich am besten Tomaten?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginne damit den Strunk zu entfernen. Und schneide die Tomate an der Unterseite mit einem Kreuz ein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gebe die Tomaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel und \u00fcbergie\u00dfe diese mit kochendem Wasser. Achte darauf, dass du das nur f\u00fcr ein paar Sekunden machst. (nicht l\u00e4nger als 12 sec.)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lege die Tomaten mit der Schale in Eiswasser. Dazu gebe Eisw\u00fcrfel in Wasser. So bleiben die Tomaten knackig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt kannst du die Schale vorsichtig mit einem Messer abziehen. Dabei verf\u00e4hrst du so als w\u00fcrdest du eine Pellkartoffel sch\u00e4len.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie entkerne ich Tomaten am besten?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Viertele die Tomaten mit einem scharfen Messer.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Nun entferne die Kerne mit einem Messer wie bei einer Melone. Dazu lasse das Messer zwischen Fruchtfleisch und Kernen entlanggleiten.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine kleine \u00dcbersicht was alles in dem Bruschetta enthalten ist. Die genauen Mengenangaben findest du weiter unten in der Rezeptkarte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olivensaft (Kalamata-Oliven) aus dem Glas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knoblauchzehen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gro\u00dfe Tomaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frischer Basilikum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olivenkraut (opt)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meersalz&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wei\u00dfer Pfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baguette<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Tomaten eignen sich am besten f\u00fcr Bruschetta?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonnengereifte Tomaten eignen sich am besten f\u00fcr ein tolles Bruschetta, welches voller Geschmack steckt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte dabei knackig rote Tomaten zu kaufen, die schon fast \u00fcberreif sind und weich werden. Diese sind voller Geschmack und machen das Bruschetta so besonders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten kaufst du regionale Tomaten oder vielleicht hast du sogar Tomaten in deinem Garten?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welches Brot eignet sich am besten f\u00fcr Bruschetta?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr ein authentisches Bruschetta eignet sich am besten ein schr\u00e4g in Scheiben geschnittenes Baguette oder auch ein Ciabatta Brot. So wird's knusprig getoastet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte darauf, dass du es nicht zu lange toastest sonst wird es zu fest. Schaue immer mal wieder in den Backofen oder f\u00fchle das Brot, ob es noch weich ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt bereite die Tomaten zu. Dazu verfahre wie weiter oben beschrieben und h\u00e4ute und entkerne die Tomaten. Das H\u00e4uten ist optional. Ich mache es meist nicht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst jetzt die Tomaten in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Nehme den Knoblauch und hacke diesen fein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe den Knoblauch zu den Tomaten. Genauso verf\u00e4hrst du mit dem Basilikum und optional Olivenkraut, hacke diese und gebe diesen zu den Tomaten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehme dir das Einlegwasser von den Oliven und gebe dieses zu den Tomaten. Jetzt w\u00fcrze die Tomaten noch mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer und schmecke diese ab.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Servieren gebe etwas Bruschetta auf die Crostini und zum Dekorieren kannst du etwas Balsamico-Creme dar\u00fcber geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Tomaten-Bruschetta hebt sich im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr ca. 4 Tage in einem verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter auf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich w\u00fcrde die Bruschetta nicht einfrieren, da die Tomaten weich werden und nicht mehr so sch\u00f6n sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich w\u00fcrde nur so viel Brot toasten wie gegessen wird. Du kannst das Brot ja relativ schnell wieder toasten, wenn mehr gegessen wird. Das restliche Brot l\u00e4sst sich super einfrieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Servieren kurz vorher aufbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servierm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Bruschetta kannst du in Form als Antipasti-Platte servieren&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst das Bruschetta auch einfach als alleinige Vorspeise servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esse das Bruschetta als Snack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du einen Salatteller vorbereitest, kannst du das Bruschetta als Beilage dazu servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>wie oben erw\u00e4hnt entferne die Kerne. So wird dein Bruschette nicht w\u00e4ssrig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>da kein Oliven\u00f6l verwendet wird, verwenden wir Olivenwasser aus dem Olivenglas. Das verleiht einen leicht olivigen Geschmack wie das Oliven\u00f6l. Wenn du zuf\u00e4llig Olivenkraut zu Hause hast. Dann kannst du auch dieses dazu geben, musst aber nicht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>wenn du kein Ciabatta oder Baguette findest, verwende ein festeres Brot, was nicht schnell durchweist. Am besten ein Sauerteigbrot.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du ein Sandwichbrot verwendest, ein weiches Wei\u00dfbrot, dann musst du das Brot ordentlich toasten, sonst ist es direkt durchgeweicht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten schmeckt Bruschetta, wenn es frisch zubereitet und verzehrt wird. Das Bruschetta ist schnell zubereitet und ich w\u00fcrde es nicht im Voraus zubereiten.
