Mir schmeckt es mit den Waln\u00fcssen und dem Bananengeschmack, ganz ohne was darauf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt so viele Bananenbrotrezepte bereits im Internet, warum solltest du ein weiteres ausprobieren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Wenn du allerdings schon immer den Konsum von \u00d6l und Fetten reduzieren wolltest, hast du hier eine tolle ges\u00fcndere Version des Bananenbrotes gefunden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mv-video\"><div class=\"mv-video-target mv-video-id-m0nwmlfzrm8rk3okr6u8\" data-video-id=\"m0nwmlfzrm8rk3okr6u8\" data-volume=\"70\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich muss gestehen, wir haben das ganze Laib innerhalb eines Tages gegessen. Meine Kinder wollten den ganzen Tag lang nur dieses Bananenbrot essen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da wir keinen Haushaltszucker verwenden und nur etwas Ahornsirup und Datteln, kommt auch der leckere banane Geschmack zur Geltung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und ist es nicht oft so, dass wenn du viel Zucker verwendest, der Obstgeschmack oft verdeckt wird. Und dies ist absolut nicht der Fall.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bin mir sicher, du wirst dieses&nbsp; vegane Bananenbrotrezept lieben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zutaten\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine kurze Auflistung der Zutaten die wir in diesem leckeren veganen Bananenbrot verwenden. Die genaue Mengenangabe findest du weiter unten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehl ( Vollkornmehl, Dinkel oder Weizen, Haushaltsmehl geht auch)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backpulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemahlener Zimt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cashewn\u00fcsse, roh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahornsirup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datteln, gehackt und eingeweicht<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leinsamen, gemahlen + Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reife Bananen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanilleextrakt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zitronensaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pekann\u00fcsse oder Waln\u00fcsse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zubereitung\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heize den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vor. Fange damit die Cashews, und Datteln in hei\u00dfem Wasser f\u00fcr ca. 10 min einzuweichen.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehme die Leinsamen und gebe sie mit den 4 EL Wasser in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel. Das wird unser Leinsamen-Ei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wiege in der Zwischenzeit die trocknen Zutaten ab und gebe sie in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel. R\u00fchre diese kr\u00e4ftig um. Hacke die Waln\u00fcsse oder Pekann\u00fcsse und lege sie zur Seite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gebe die Cashews, Datteln in einen Hochleistungsmixer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe dazu die Bananen in St\u00fccke gebrochen, Ahornsirup, Zitronensaft, Vanilleextrakt und Wasser hinzu. Und mixe bis eine cremige Konsistenz entstand. Das kann eine gute Minute dauern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe nun die Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu den trockenen Zutaten und verr\u00fchre bis ein homogener Teig ohne Mehlnester entsteht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun gebe die N\u00fcsse hinzu und r\u00fchre diese kurz unter. Gebe das Brot in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kastenform und backe es f\u00fcr ca. 50 min. Du kannst eine glutenfreie Mehlbackmischung verwenden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oder versuche Buchweizenmehl zu verwenden. So bleibt es frisch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst Reste auch einfrieren. Dazu schneide das Bananenbrot in Scheiben und friere es Scheibenweise ein. Nehme es einfach einen Abendvorher raus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tipps-tricks\">Tipps &amp; Tricks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehme sehr reife Bananen, die schon braune flecken an der Schale haben. Diese sind sehr s\u00fc\u00df und wir brauchen weniger Zucker.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine Cashews verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch auf Mandelmus, Tahini (hat aber einen Eigengeschmack) verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge andere Zutaten hinzu wie Chocolate Chips, Rosinen oder andere Zutaten die du gerne hinzuf\u00fcgen w\u00fcrdest&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bestreue das Bananenbrot mit Waln\u00fcssen, Haferflocken, Pekann\u00fcsse, einer halbierten Banane.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte darauf das du den Teig nicht zu lange r\u00fchrst.
