Gehackte Karotten und Sellerie zugeben und kurz mitd\u00fcnsten. F\u00fcge alle restlichen Zutaten wie ungekochten Reis, rote Bohnen, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Gew\u00fcrze au\u00dfer Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Petersilie und Spinat hinzu und lasse es bei geschlossenem Deckel k\u00f6cheln, bis der Reis weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nach Reissorte kann die Kochzeit zwischen 20 und 50 Minuten dauern. Achte beim Kochen des Reises darauf, dass immer genug Fl\u00fcssigkeit darin ist, aber auch nicht zu viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit. Zum Schluss Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Petersilie und Spinat hinzuf\u00fcgen.
