Ich f\u00fcge immer einen Schluck Wasser hinzu, damit nichts anbrennt. Gehackten Sellerie hinzugeben und mit den Zwiebeln and\u00fcnsten.<br>Nimm die eingeweichten Cashewn\u00fcsse und Wasser und mische es in einem Hochleistungsmixer zu einer cremigen Konsistenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebeln mit dem Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Wei\u00dfwein verkocht ist, die restlichen Zutaten und die Cashewcreme hinzugeben und umr\u00fchren. Bei schwacher Hitze etwa 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Damit sich der Geschmack der Gew\u00fcrze entfaltet. Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter und Wacholderbeeren entfernen.<br>Garniere die Suppe mit gr\u00fcnen Chilis und Tortilla-Chips und Kr\u00e4utern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Wenn du die Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter und Wacholderbeeren nicht finden kannst, mache dir keine Sorgen. Du kannst die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch auch zuerst anbraten, um alle Aromen zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schnellkochtopf\">Schnellkochtopf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe alle Zutaten in deinen Instant Pot (Schnellkochtopf) und r\u00fchre es gut um. Etwa 10 min unter Druck garen lassen und den Druck ablassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Wei\u00dfwein<\/strong>: Wenn du das Rezept ohne Wein zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, f\u00fcge sp\u00e4ter einfach etwa 2 Essl\u00f6ffel wei\u00dfen Balsamico-Essig oder Wei\u00dfweinessig hinzu. So bekommst du mehr Geschmack in dein veganes wei\u00dfes Chili. Du kannst stattdessen auch Apfelessig verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Bohnen:<\/strong> Ich liebe es, verschiedene Arten von wei\u00dfen Bohnen zu verwenden. Hier liegt es an dir. Kann entweder Great Northern, Cannellini- oder Marinebohnen verwenden. Alle von ihnen sind mit pflanzlichem Protein gef\u00fcllt. Baby Limabohnen sind auch eine tolle Option. Es gibt so viele Bohnensorten.<\/li><li><strong>Tortilla-Chips:<\/strong> Du kannst auch deine eigenen Tortilla-Chips herstellen. Ich liebe es, Maistortillas knusprig zu backen.
