Mische, bis du eine cremige und glatte Konsistenz erhalten. Stelle sicher, dass wir keine St\u00fccke mehr haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Knoblauch hacken und in eine gro\u00dfe Pfanne geben und mit einem Spritzer Wasser bei mittlerer Hitze anschwitzen. F\u00fcge den schwarzen Pfeffer, die roten Paprikaflocken und die Zitronenschale hinzu und lasse es etwa 1-2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Stelle sicher, dass du gelegentlich einen Schuss Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wir wollen den Knoblauch nicht verbrennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebe nun den Spinat hinzu und lasse ihn zusammenfallen oder auftauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sauce hinzugeben und den veganen Parmesank\u00e4se unterr\u00fchren. Die Sauce unter R\u00fchren bei mittlerer Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Die Sauce nochmals abschmecken und nach Belieben die gekochten Nudeln dazugeben. R\u00fchre sie, bis sie mit der Knoblauch-Zitronen-Sauce \u00fcberzogen sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fertig sind eure Zitronenspaghetti. Zu dieser cremigen veganen Zitronenpasta serviere ich auch gerne einen Beilagensalat. Mit einigen Zitronenscheiben und frischen Kr\u00e4utern garnieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Knoblauchzehen<\/strong>: Anstelle von frischem Knoblauch kannst du auch Knoblauchpulver verwenden, um deine vegane Zitronen-Nudelsauce zu w\u00fcrzen.<\/li><li><strong>Schwarzer Pfeffer<\/strong>: Ich verwende manchmal wei\u00dfen Pfeffer f\u00fcr meine Spaghetti al limone. Du kannst beides tauschen.<\/li><li><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Anstelle von Cashewn\u00fcssen kannst du auch Sonnenblumenkerne oder K\u00fcrbiskerne verwenden. Du erh\u00e4ltst bei beiden Varianten eine Sahnesauce.<\/li><li><strong>Wei\u00dfe Bohnen:<\/strong> Ich f\u00fcge gerne ein paar wei\u00dfe Bohnen f\u00fcr die Cremigkeit hinzu. Du kannst entweder Cannellini-Bohnen oder gro\u00dfe Bohnen aus dem Norden verwenden. Alle wei\u00dfen Bohnen werden hier funktionieren. Ich liebe es auch, ein paar Bohnen in die Pasta zu geben. Du erh\u00e4ltst eine proteinreiche Mahlzeit f\u00fcr gesch\u00e4ftige Abende unter der Woche.<\/li><li><strong>Parmesank\u00e4se<\/strong>: Wenn du keinen veganen Parmesank\u00e4se hast oder keinen machen m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch Hefeflocken verwenden.<\/li><li><strong>Nudeln:<\/strong> Wie du siehst, habe ich Spaghetti verwendet, du kannst glutenfreie Nudeln, Linsennudeln, Engelshaarnudeln verwenden. Diese Wahl liegt bei dir.
