Hin und wieder einen Spritzer Wasser hinzugeben, bis die Zwiebeln eine sch\u00f6ne goldbraune Farbe bekommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcge nun die Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen und die Paprika hinzu. In einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Currysauce vermischen und nach eigenem Geschmack w\u00fcrzen und zum Gem\u00fcse geben. Nach etwa 7 Minuten kannst du die Zucchini und den Gr\u00fcnkohl hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garen, bis der Blumenkohl weich, aber bissfest ist. Das Lorbeerblatt entfernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst das Curry als Suppe servieren oder braunen Reis dazu servieren. Als Beilage servieren wir gerne einen Salat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schongarer\">Schongarer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst dieses Curry auch in einem Schongarer zubereiten, beginne einfach damit, die Zwiebeln, den Knoblauch und den Ingwer anzuschwitzen und f\u00fcge alle anderen Zutaten hinzu. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Gem\u00fcse weich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis<\/strong>: Zuerst Blumenkohl und Paprika kochen, da sie l\u00e4nger brauchen, um weich zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f6f6f6\">Machst du dieses thail\u00e4ndische Essen, sehe dir meine <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-thai-erdnusssauce\/\">thail\u00e4ndische Erdnusssauce<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganes-chop-suey\/\">Tofu Chop Suey<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-pad-thai-sauce\/\">Pad Thai<\/a> an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"substitutionen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Substitutionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Paprika:<\/strong> Ich habe eine rote und eine orange Paprika verwendet, aber du kannst auch verschiedene Farben wie eine gr\u00fcne Paprika verwenden, wenn du m\u00f6chtest.<\/li><li><strong>Lorbeerblatt:<\/strong> Das Lorbeerblatt ist optional, f\u00fcgt aber einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Kokosmilch<\/strong>: Anstelle von vollfetter Kokosmilch kannst du auch Cashewmilch, Mandelmilch mit Kokosextrakt hinzuf\u00fcgen, wenn du m\u00f6chtest.<\/li><li><strong>Currypaste<\/strong>: Ich verwende f\u00fcr mein rotes Curry gekaufte Paste, die du in deinem \u00f6rtlichen Asiamarkt oder in der Asia-Abteilung in deinem Lebensmittelgesch\u00e4ft finden kannst.<\/li><li><strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong>: Du kannst stattdessen Dattelpaste oder Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker verwenden oder einfach weglassen.<\/li><li><strong>Limette<\/strong>: Limettensaft verleiht dem Gericht das gewisse Etwas. Backe die Tofuw\u00fcrfel selbst, bis du knusprigen Tofu hast, und f\u00fcge ihn zu deinem Thai-Currys hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Thai-Basilikum<\/strong>: Hast du ein paar frische Thai-Basilikumbl\u00e4tter? F\u00fcge diese deinem thail\u00e4ndischen Rezept hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Kaffir-Limettenbl\u00e4tter<\/strong>: Du hast einige davon gefunden, ich f\u00fcge diese auch gerne hinzu. Nur ein paar Bl\u00e4tter verleihen einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack.<\/li><li><strong>Scharfes Essen:<\/strong> Ist dieses Curry nicht scharf genug, gebe mehr rote Currypaste, rote Chilis, rote Paprika hinzu.<\/li><li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Tausche etwas Gem\u00fcse gegen Gem\u00fcse aus, das gerade Saison hat oder das du bereits zu Hause hast, wie Zuckerschoten, gr\u00fcne Bohnen, Bok Choi.<\/li><li><strong>Zitronengras:<\/strong> Manchmal gebe ich ein paar Scheiben Zitronengras hinzu.
