Eines der beiden Rezepte bereite ich immer zu, wenn ich Kartoffelsalat zubereite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Kartoffelsalat ist in Handumdrehen zubereitet. Du dampfst die Kartoffeln erst einmal, bevor du die Schale abmachst. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pellkartoffeln lassen sich super einfach sch\u00e4len, dazu einfach mit einem Messer \u00fcber die Kartoffel streifen und die Schale l\u00f6st sich von selbst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr diesen veganen Kartoffelsalat musst du keine teure vegane Mayo kaufen, verwende einfach Cashews. Und du hast damit sogar eine ges\u00fcndere Variante als die Mayo mit hoch verarbeiteten \u00d6len.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf Sommer Picknicks, Partys darf ein solcher Kartoffelsalat absolut nicht fehlen. Du kannst sogar etwas Zitronensaft hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gerauchertes-paprikapulver\">Ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du kein ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver hast, kannst du auch problemlos Fl\u00fcssigrauch verwenden. Nur ein paar Tropfen sollten ausreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst einmal d\u00e4mpfst du die Kartoffeln in einem D\u00e4mpfer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiche die Cashews in der Zwischenzeit in hei\u00dfem Wasser ein. Und schneide die Schalotten und Gurken in kleine W\u00fcrfel und gebe diese in eine ausreichend gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel, in die nachher der ganze Salat passt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Kartoffeln weich sind und etwas abgek\u00fchlt sind, pelle diese mit einem Messer. Dazu einfach mit einem Messer \u00fcber die Kartoffel streifen, die Schale l\u00f6st sich von selbst. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schneide die Kartoffeln in Scheiben und gebe diese zu den Schalotten und Gurken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun tropfe die Cashews ab und gebe diese mit den restlichen Zutaten f\u00fcrs Dressing in einen Hochleistungsmixer und mixe bis cremig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schmecke das Dressing ab und sch\u00fctte das Dressing zu den Kartoffeln.&nbsp; Hebe das Dressing unter und schmecke es nochmal kurz ab.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/veganer-kartoffelsalat\/?tp_image_id=10323\" data-pin-title=\"Cremig veganer Kartoffelsalat\" data-pin-description=\"Rezept f\u00fcr einen leicht cremigen veganen Kartoffelsalat, der ohne Mayo (\u00f6lfrei) hergestellt wird. Dort h\u00e4lt er sich ca. 5 Tage.
