Daher liebe ich unsere M\u00fcsli-Mischung und solche Overnight Oats unter der Woche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe hier f\u00fcr dich 3 tolle Overnight Rezepte zusammengestellt, die echt s\u00fcchtig machen. Zum einen gibt es eine Erdbeer-Variante, eine Zimtschnecken Variante und eine Brownie Variante. Und alle 3 Overnight Oats sind perfekt f\u00fcr sich und ich k\u00f6nnte sie t\u00e4glich essen.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/landing-page\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was sind Overnight Oats?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Overnight Oats sind ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck was \u00e4hnlich wie Haferbrei oder auch bekannt als Oatmeal und Porridge ist. Overnight Oats m\u00fcssen nicht gekocht werden und werden cremig durch das lange stehen im K\u00fchlschrank. Stelle die Haferflocken verschlossen \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00fchre sie am n\u00e4chsten Tag um und genie\u00dfe sie. Wenn sie dir zu trocken bzw. fest sind, kannst du noch etwas mehr Mandelmilch verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beh\u00e4lter Gr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Am besten eignen sich verschlie\u00dfbare Gl\u00e4ser mit einem Volumen von 400 bis 500 ml. Ich nehme gerne Mason Jars dazu, du kannst auch andere Einweckgl\u00e4ser verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst auch Sch\u00fcsseln nehmen und diese abdecken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie schmecken Overnight Oats?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Prinzip schmecken sie wie Porridge, Haferbrei oder auch Oatmeal genannt. Du kannst die Overnight Oats nach Belieben zu bereiten und ab\u00e4ndern. So wird es nie langweilig.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vegan-strawberry-overnight-oats-01-1-von-1.jpg\" alt=\"Erdbeer Overnight Oats in einem Glas\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1620\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geeignet f\u00fcr Roh-Veganer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst geschroteter Hafer nehmen anstelle von Haferflocken, die du dann \u00fcber Nacht einweichst. F\u00fcge nach Belieben andere Zutaten wie Datteln, Obst, N\u00fcsse hinzu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sind Overnight Oats gesund?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hafer ist sehr nahrhaft und enth\u00e4lt viele Ballaststoffe, Eiwei\u00df, Magnesium, Kalium, Omega 3 und Eisen. Somit eignet sich Hafer sehr gut, um den Tag zu starten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sind Overnight Oats ges\u00fcnder als gekochter Haferbrei (Porridge)?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadurch dass Overnight Oats nicht gekocht werden, gehen auch keine N\u00e4hrstoffe verloren, die beim Kochen schon einmal verloren gehen k\u00f6nnen. Das Einweichen soll wohl die Phytins\u00e4ure abbauen, zu was Forscher raten.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vegan-cinnamon-buns-overnight-oats-02-1-von-1.jpg\" alt=\"Zimtschnecken Overnight Oats in einem Glas\" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fchlschrank Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das \u00e4lteste, was bei uns im K\u00fchlschrank war, waren 5 Tage. Mehr kann ich dazu leider nicht sagen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erw\u00e4rmen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du Overnight Oats auch erw\u00e4rmen. Du kannst sie in der Mikrowelle f\u00fcr ca. 1 Minute erw\u00e4rmen oder in einem Tofu unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haferflocken Sorten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst bl\u00fctenzarte Haferflocken verwenden, diese machen den Brei noch geschmeidiger und weicher oder du nimmst kernige. Das ist ganz nach deinen Vorlieben belassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kannst du auch geschroteten Hafer nehmen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst geschroteten Hafer f\u00fcr Overnight Oats verwenden. Allerdings ben\u00f6tigt es dann mehr Fl\u00fcssigkeit und etwas l\u00e4nger bis diese weich sind. Ich selbst habe es noch nicht ausprobiert, aber einen Versuch ist es wert. Es kann sein, dass sie nicht ganz so breiig werden, wie Haferflocken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist Hafer glutenfrei?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte beim Kauf von Haferflocken auf glutenfreie Haferflocken. Die \u201cnormalen\u201c Haferflocken sind wohl nicht glutenfrei. Wir haben keine Glutenunvertr\u00e4glichkeit und k\u00f6nnen daher nicht sagen, inwieweit sich glutenfreie Hafer auswirkt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toppings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier handelt sich um Grundrezepte, die du nach eigenen W\u00fcnschen noch mit Toppings versehen kannst. Z.
