In der Zwischenzeit d\u00fcnste die klein gew\u00fcrfelte Zwiebel in einer Pfanne mit etwas Wasser. Wenn diese br\u00e4unlich werden, gebe nochmal etwas Wasser hinzu sowie den Spinat und lasse diesen zerfallen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Creme in einen Hochleistungsmixer und Mixe solange bis eine cremige Konsistenz entsteht. Gebe die Artischockenherzen (gehackt) und die Creme zu dem Spinat und lasse es unter R\u00fchren aufkochen. Jetzt sollte die Creme eindicken. Nun lasse die Creme etwas abk\u00fchlen, so l\u00e4sst sie sich besser auf dem Teig verstreichen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt nehme den Teig und rolle diesen zu einem Rechteck aus. Nun verteile die Creme darauf und rolle den Teig von der kurzen Seite auf. Du solltest ca. 7- 8 rollen ausbekommen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lege eine 20 cm gro\u00dfe Springform mit Backpapier aus und lege die Schnecken darein, Zuerst am Rand dann in der Mitte. Jetzt lasse die Schnecken f\u00fcr ca. 1 Std abgedeckt bei Raumtemperatur gehen und stelle sie abgedeckt in den K\u00fchlschrank \u00fcber Nacht.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am n\u00e4chsten Tag nehme die Schnecken heraus und lasse sie f\u00fcr ca. 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur stehen. Heize den Backofen auf 180\u00b0 C vor. Du kannst sie nat\u00fcrlich auch am selben Tag zubereiten, lasse dazu die Schnecken doppelt so gro\u00df werden bevor du sie backst. Ich finde der Teig wird softer und fluffiger, wenn sie \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was kann ich anstelle eines hausgemachten Teigs verwenden?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du den Teig nicht selbst machen m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch auf Bl\u00e4tterteig oder fertigen Pizzateig zur\u00fcckgreifen. Wenn du gekauften Teig verwendest, muss dieser nicht \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank und der Bl\u00e4tterteig muss gar nicht gehen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie bekommen wir diesen ultra flauschigen Vollkornteig?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Schl\u00fcssel zu einem luftigen Vollkornteig ist die Gehzeit und das lange Kneten. Beim Kneten des Hefeteigs entwickelt sich das Gluten richtig und wird elastisch. Beim Gehen des Teiges wird der Teig luftig.
