Das kann ca. 7-10 min dauern. Gebe nach ca. 3 Minuten kneten das Salz hinzu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasse den Teig f\u00fcr ca. 90 min an einem warmen Ort zugedeckt gehen. Dabei schlage den Teig einmal nach 45 min.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun gebe den Teig auf eine leicht bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che. Teile den Teig 4 gleich gro\u00dfe Teil. Und jedes abgestochene Teil in nochmal 2 Teile, sodass du nachher 8 Teile \u00fcbrig hast. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun rolle den Teig zu einer Schlange aus und binde diese zu einem Knoten.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lege die Knoten auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech. Und lasse diese abgedeckt f\u00fcr 30 min gehen. In der Zwischenzeit heize den Backofen auf 220\u00b0C vor.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun backe die Knoten f\u00fcr ca. 20 min oder bis diese goldbraun sind.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend die Knoblauchknoten backen, kannst du mit dem Knoblauchguss anfangen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu brate den Knoblauch f\u00fcr ca. 1-2 min in einer Pfanne an. Gebe das Aquafaba oder das Oliven\u00f6l hinzu und gebe die restlichen Zutaten hinzu und stelle es vom Herd.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn die Knoblauchknoten fertig sind, bestreiche diese mit dem \u00d6l und streue den veganen Parmesan dr\u00fcber.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/de\/vegane-parmesan-knoblauch-knoten\/?tp_image_id=9989\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/vegan-garlic-knots-4.jpg\" alt=\"Holding one Vegan Garlic Knot\" class=\"wp-image-9989\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was ist der Schl\u00fcssel, um Vollkornknoblauchknoten so flauschig zu machen?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zum einen ist die Knetzeit der Schl\u00fcssel zu einem luftigen Hefeteig. Es ist wichtig, dass das Gluten sich richtig entwickelt und das hilft dabei, den Teig so elastisch zu machen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des Weiteren hilft dem Teig auch, dass du das Salz erst sp\u00e4ter dazu gibst.
