Hole dir ein leckeres Brot, belege es mit Salat und diesem veganen Eiersalat was nur so von pflanzlichem Eiwei\u00df strotzt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und du hast ein leckeres Mittagessen f\u00fcr Unterwegs, ob zur Arbeit oder Schule kreiert. Der Eiersalat besteht aus einer cremigen Cashewsauce mit Senf und anderen Gew\u00fcrzen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probiere diesen Salat mal als Wrap aus belegt mit Gem\u00fcse und diesem Eiersalat, als Alternative zu einem Sandwich.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Eiersalat ist super einfach zuzubereiten, und noch einfacher und schneller als der klassische Eiersalat. Du ben\u00f6tigst nur ein paar Zutaten, musst den Herd nicht anstellen, um Eier zu kochen und das Dressing ist in Hand um Drehen gemixt.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und das beste dieser Eiersalat ist cholesterinfrei.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich muss gestehen, ich war noch nie Fan von Eiern. Die Konsistenz von hartgekochtem Eiwei\u00df m\u00f6chte ich noch nie. Da ich aber einen Mann habe, der sich auch pflanzlich ern\u00e4hrt und ich ihm gerne klassische Gerichte auftische, die er aus seiner Kindheit kennt, bereitete ich diesen Eiersalat zu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und ich muss sagen, dieser hat sogar mir geschmeckt. In der Zwischenzeit hacke den Tofu und die Palmherzen (oder Nudeln).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacke die Schalotten fein und gebe den Tofu, Palmherzen und Schalotten in eine Sch\u00fcssel.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun mixe alle Zutaten f\u00fcr das Dressing in einem Hochleistungsmixer und schmecke die So\u00dfe ab.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00fchre die So\u00dfe unter die Tofumischung. Und lasse es kurz durchziehen. Dazu stelle ich den Salat gerne in den K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr ca. 30 min.&nbsp; Und schmecke den Eiersalat dann nochmal ab.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr das Sandwich: Belege eine Scheibe Brot mit Salatbl\u00e4ttern und gebe darauf den veganen Eiersalat. Und lege eine andere Scheibe darauf; fertig ist din Sandwich. Du kannst auch noch Tomaten oder anderes Gem\u00fcse darauf geben.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9977 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/vegan-egg-salad-3.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan Egg Salad on a bun in the background buns in a basket and egg salad in a bowl\" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\"><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie bekommen wir die authentische Textur f\u00fcr den veganen Eiersalat?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tofu bietet sich toll als Eiersatz f\u00fcr diesen Eiersalat an. Tofu gibt es in verschiedenen Festigkeitsgrade, dabei muss ich sagen, weicher oder auch Seidentofu bietet sich eher als R\u00fchrei an, da dieser sehr weich ist und nicht wirklich dem von hartkochenden Eiwei\u00df entspricht. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dann gibt es noch festen und extra festen Tofu, der wiederum zu fest f\u00fcr eine Eiwei\u00dfnachahmung ist.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also habe ich mich an medium Tofu probiert, welcher die beste eiartige Konsistenz hat. Dieser Tofu passt perfekt f\u00fcr dieses Gericht.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des Weiteren habe ich f\u00fcr uns noch Palmherzen oder auch weichgekochte (\u00fcberkochte) Nudeln dazu. Welche den Salat unglaublich befriedigend macht.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Woher kommt der Eigeschmack?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn wir jetzt das Gericht nur mit Tofu, Palmherzen und der Cashewcreme mit Kurkuma, Salz, Senf und Pfeffer machen w\u00fcrden, w\u00fcrde es noch lecker schmecken, aber der klassische Eigeschmack w\u00fcrde fehlen oder?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also kommt das Zaubersalz \u201cKala Namak\u201d und wir kreieren einen authentischen veganen Eiersalat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9979 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/vegan-egg-salad-4.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan Egg Salad in a bowl \" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\"><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kann ich den veganen Eiersalat im Voraus zubereiten?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier kann ich ein dickes fettes Ja geben. Dieser Eiersalat eignet sich perfekt f\u00fcr im Voraus als Meal Prep. Ich muss sagen, er schmeckt sogar besser, wenn er etwas durchgezogen ist.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie lange h\u00e4lt sich der vegane Eiersalat?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe den Eiersalat in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter und bewahre den veganen Eiersalat im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 5 Tage auf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Welches Brot schmeckt zu diesem Tofu-Eiersalat?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du kannst hier dein Lieblingsbrot verwenden. Ob Br\u00f6tchen, Sauerteigbrot, Roggenbrot. Alles schmeckt gut mit diesem Eiersalat.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein paar Tipps um den veganen Eiersalat herzustellen<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nimm den Senf den du am liebsten magst, ich nehme am liebsten Dijon Senf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lasse den Eiersalat durchziehen, damit der Tofu den vollen Geschmack des Dressings annimmt&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anstelle der Cashewcreme, kannst du auch auf vegane Mayo zur\u00fcckgreifen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du keine Cashews magst, ersetze diese durch rohe Sonnenblumenkerne. Diese ben\u00f6tigen etwas l\u00e4nger im Mixer und es dauert etwas l\u00e4nger bis der Geschmack durchgezogen ist, sodass du die Kerne nicht mehr schmeckst.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peppe deinen Eiersalat auf:&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essiggurken, Meerrettich, oder andere salzig eingelegte Lebensmittel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karotten, Paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oliven, mediterrane Kr\u00e4uter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">andere Gew\u00fcrze wie K\u00fcmmel, ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver, Kr\u00e4uter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ist Tofu gesund?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tofu enth\u00e4lt Kalzium, Eiwei\u00df, Selen und sogar einigen Omega-3-Fetten. Allerdings gibt es geteilte Meinungen \u00fcber Soja.
