Du ben\u00f6tigst noch nicht einmal ein vegetarisches Wurstprodukt um dieses leckere Fingerfood f\u00fcr deine n\u00e4chste Party oder dein Osterbrunch mit Familie und Freunde zu servieren. Und was k\u00f6nnte da besser sein als kleine Baby Karotten?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich stehe total auf Gerichte oder Fingerfood die in Teig gewickelt sind. Z. B Pizzaschnecken, Spinat Artischocken Schnecken und vieles mehr.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und diese Karotten im Schlafrock sind himmlisch und ich k\u00f6nnte nicht aufh\u00f6ren diese zu vernaschen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich habe Karotten - W\u00fcrste nicht erfunden, es gibt viele Rezepte im Internet, welche mich inspiriert haben, diese zu W\u00fcrzen wie ich meine veganen W\u00fcrste w\u00fcrze. Und ich muss sagen sie schmecken himmlisch und du vermisst keine W\u00fcrstchen mehr. Gebe nun das Salz dazu und knete nochmal f\u00fcr ca. 3 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt decke die Sch\u00fcssel mit einem feuchten Tuch ab und stelle sie an einen warmen Ort und lasse diese f\u00fcr 90 min. stehen. Dabei schlage einmal nach 45 min den Teig, damit die Luft austritt.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nach den 90 min gebe den Teig auf eine bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che und teile den Teig in 4 Teile.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rolle diesen nun ca. 10 cm Durchmesser Kreis aus. Und teile den Kreis in Dreiecke wie einen Kuchen. Schaue einfach wie gro\u00df du sie schneidest, sodass du die Karotten darin einwickeln kannst, man aber immer noch die Spitzen der Karotten sieht.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baby Karotten W\u00fcrstchen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereite die Baby-Karotten einen Abend vorher zu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebe die Baby Karotten in einen D\u00e4mpfer und d\u00e4mpfe sie f\u00fcr ca. 15 min oder bis diese weich sind. Sie sollten nicht zu weich sein da diese noch marinieren und gebacken werden. Ich schaue immer mit einem Messer, wenn die Karotten beim Einstechen noch einen leichten Widerstand geben, sind sie perfekt.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereite die Marinade vor, dazu alle Zutaten vermengen und in einer ausreichend gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mit Deckel mit den Karotten geben und verschlossen gut Sch\u00fctteln. Lass die Karotten am besten \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zusammenstellen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heize den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C auf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nun nehme ein Dreieck und lege eine Baby-Karotte darauf und wickele diese als w\u00fcrdest du ein Croissant machen auf. Verfahre mit den restlichen Karotten weiter. Lege alle auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn du noch Teig \u00fcbrig hast, rolle diese einfach als H\u00f6rnchen auf und backe diese mit den Karotten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Streiche den Teig mit etwas Aquafaba oder Mandelmilch ein und backe die Teile f\u00fcr ca. 10 min bis sie goldbraun sind.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9776 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/veeatcookbake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/vegan-pigs-in-a-blanket-3.jpg\" alt=\"Platter with vegan pigs on a blanket.
