If you look at it closely, it is not so difficult to get your daily calcium content.
Have you ever looked at how much calcium your water contains? Ours contains 537 mg / l. Check out your water. This means we only have to drink about 2 liters to meet the daily needs. It is not difficult for us. You should drink about 3 liters of water, tea daily. With a balanced diet, it is very easy to get our calcium needs. Isn’t it?
The body absorbs calcium best with a high Vitamin D level. We supplement it by drops, especially from October to March (of course it depends where you live). You need just 20 min daily in the sun without sunscreen.
